Well to start off,do you know your angle positions and their definitions and so on @tonycoolkid21 ?

OftenIMITATED:

Since the transversal is present and intersecting both angles,it also implies that presently where the angles are placed. There are in fact supplementary angles in position they are faced with.As so,do you agree or not quite...?

OftenIMITATED:

Supplementary Angles =180*(degrees)

OftenIMITATED:

From there we are then going to add the angles that you are dealing with to 180 degrees, does that make sense too or not so?

OftenIMITATED:

How I would solve it overall, would be to figure out whether what the angles are placed in position. Then from there, add the values.Which will look like this: (3x+14)+(7x-4)=180 First isolate and combine like terms,by adding 3x from both sides. Then subtract 4 to both sides Then recombine and regroup to order looking like this: ( 3x+14)+(7x-4)=180* +3x +3x 14 +10x-4=180* - 4 +10x=180* 10+10x=180* Then you are going to want to subtract 10 from both sides of the equation. Subtract the following numbers to then divide by denominator being 10 10+10x=180* -10 - 10 10x=170* 10 10 Finally you simplify, cancel out the following fractions to then divide.Leading to x=17. x=17

summermorgan:

easy. set them equal to 180. from there you should know what to do

mine:

17 degrees
