Need help, peoples of QC! I am doing a case study on why ROSC occurs after resuscitation attempts are successful. For example, when you perform chest compressions and potentially administer epinephrine after a patient has gone into asystole, if they come out of the cessation of cardiac activity, their ECG will show an ROSC rhythm. ROSC is where the T waves are inverted and the ST interval is depressed. Why does this occur? This is the ECG I'm referencing:
