I'm pretty sure it's A, considering how the temperature of water can affect what can live where in the ocean.
Sharks often migrate because of temperature changes. B and C are not a factor because sharks have lots of food resources such as fish, other sharks, people, etc. Not only is C not a factor, B is a factor but not a huge one because sharks can adapt to " ocean adicity". Air temperature is basically the temperature of the air while the water temperature is obviously the temperature of the water. As you probably already know, sharks live in water and can not survive in the air. So when the temperature of the water changes it seems likely that it affects the sharks and causes them to migrate. So I would go with A also. It may be wrong but worth a try.
