Oh, okay, solve by graphing. Idk why it says with a pencil and paper, but here we go. Usually the first step is to solve each equation for y, but that's already given, so literally just go to a graphing website (i recommend mathway), put in those equations, press "graph," and the answer is where those two lines intersect
You can check that it's correct by plugging the coordinates back into the two equations
If you read the instructions, you'll be able to get a ruler and pencil and make a graph-- (-) means less, so you either go down or left. (+) means more, so you either go right or up. X is left and right Y is up and down from here, you SHOULD be able to solve it on your own--it's simply putting dots on the graph and solving from there.
