SaltTheLoser:
Hmm it’s alright but I think you should as to why
SaltTheLoser:
Go more in depth instead of stating reasons, for example go in depth about what rights a person has and explain a little of those listed reasons like religion
Gucchi:
There should not be any real-world consequences for what someone posts on social media, such as participating in rightful concerted activity online which can lead to further improvement in a workplace, unlike any protected activity about religion, race, or gender that can be really disrespectful towards others.
Gucchi:
@salttheloser is this better
MidniteSunny:
Actually claims are supposed to be clear and concise. Generally around two lines but it's okay to go a little bit over that. I thought your first one did it better than this longer, second one, minus the word "really."

Gucchi:
it says single sentence so im just adding everything on to one
MidniteSunny:
Yes, a single sentence, buttttt short. It's not supposed to have every single bit of information on the topic, just a to-the-point statement that gets your point across.

true so whats he saying here
Gucchi:
more in "depth"
MidniteSunny:
I'm honestly not sure? It sounds like they wanted you to add more to it, but I don't think you rlly should if it means adding more length and wordiness to the sentence.

Probably sumthin like "What we say and do on social media is just as important as in real life, therefore there should be real-world consequences tied to what we post."

There's multiple ways to write a hook. You could use a quote, ask a question, show a statistic, use rhetorical questions, tell a story, etc. Think abt ur topic and one of these techniques. To me the easiest is a question. For example, it could be, "Where would society be without rules and regulation?" or i suppose u could start with a statistic abt how many people use social media and den introduce consequences from there. Idk if any of that made sense lol-
