is this book report okay The reluctant dragon book report. By Kennedi Cameron.      The title is The reluctant dragon  and the title refers to the dragon being reluctant to fight St. George. The author is Kenneth Grahame.Kenneth Grahame was born on 8 March 1859 in Edinburgh, Scotland. He is most famous for his story The W ind in the Willows. The Reluctant Dragon takes place in the Berkshire Downs in Oxfordshire and takes place in 1898. The story takes place in the 12th century. But i know it is fiction because dragons aren't real. The version I read had no picures. The reluctant dragon could be an example of historical fiction because at one point people thought that dragons existed.      In the beginning it talks about the shepherds son and how he loves to read and how the dad found a dragon. Then the boy said he knew what dragons were and how to deal with them because he had read about them in books. The boy  talks to the dragon and finds out he isn't really like a dragon at all and just wants to live a peaceful life and write poetry and share it with his friends. The townspeople find out about the dragon and call the knight St. George to fight the dragon, even though he never caused them a singe problem. The most exciting part happns during the fight with St. George and the dragon, even though it was only a fake fight. In the end St. George has a pretend talk with the dragon and then he tells the people that the dragon has been reformed and not to make up fake stories so they can watch fights. So the dragon is then accepted by the people.      There is nothing that makes this story believable ,but it was very enjoyable. What was enjoyable about it was that the dragon and the boy had most interesting conversations. Also that the dragon wasn't dragon-like at all. This story is relateable because i can understand what its like t stand out and just want to be left in peace. What caught my attention was that St. George was understanding when the boy said that the dragon was really nice and was willing to compromise with him. I think that the story was saying that you don't need to fight and you can solve problems in a non- violent way. I would definently read this book again, It was very good and interestng.

Dang it I just went through and fixed spelling and grammatical errors too lol.

MidniteSunny:

The original version had some very wordy parts, unnecessary sentences, and quite a few spelling and grammar mistakes. I edited those for u, and also switched around sentences and replaced words in order for it to flow and make more sense. For example, the original sentence, "The title is The reluctant dragon and the title refers to the dragon being reluctant to fight St. George," does not fit as a topic sentence. It gives details that don't connect to what the sentence after it says. The title of the book must be italicized (do not put quotation marks around it) and capitalized.
