I would choose Government, Education, and Religion 4. Government 1. Governments make laws, rules, and regulations, collect taxes, and print money. 2. Governments have a police force to make sure people follow the laws. 5. Education 3. Education has a two-fold function to perform in the life of man and in society: one is utility and the other is culture. 4. High school dropouts are a drain on society They are 8x more likely to go to prison. 6. Religion 5. Religion is 3 things: a belief system, a ritual worship system, and a moral system of social relationships. 6. Religions often have prayers that followers say and holidays on certain days of the year.

Sure, here are 2 facts for each of the chosen categories: 1. Government - The United States has a federal government system that divides power between the national government and individual states. - The three branches of the U.S. federal government are the legislative branch (Congress), the executive branch (the President and Vice President), and the judicial branch (Supreme Court and lower courts). 2. Society - Social stratification refers to the way that societies are divided into hierarchical layers based on social status, wealth, and power. - Sociologists study social norms, or shared expectations for behavior, as well as how these norms are enforced and how they change over time. 3. Education - The United States has a decentralized education system, with each state and local government responsible for setting their own education policies and funding their own schools. - Charter schools are public schools that are privately operated and free from many of the regulations that govern traditional public schools.
