BexleyBrooks:

I need some help with this Math problem. What is 3(2x-6)+10x-14 as an Equivalent Expression? Just can't seem to figure it out myself.

ilovemypomchi17:

16x-32 hopefully this helps :)

NotLeiland:

The equivalent expression for 3(2x-6)+10x-14 is 6x - 18 + 10x - 14 All you need to do is simplify the 3(2x-6). To do this, you multiply all of the numbers in the parentheses by 3. 2x*3=6x -6*3=-18.

smith123:

16x - 32

smith123:

is the awser

ilovemypomchi17:

ilovemypomchi17:

@smith123 yepp!

NotLeiland:

I should have provided the simplified expression. Thank you for pointing it out.

NotLeiland:
