How does lack of sleep like more than 2 days lead to obesity?

toga:

Lack of sleep can lead to obesity in a few different ways. One way is that when you're tired, you might be more likely to reach for unhealthy foods that are high in calories and sugar to give you a quick boost of energy. Additionally, lack of sleep can disrupt the hormones that regulate appetite and metabolism, causing you to feel hungrier than usual and making it harder for your body to burn calories effectively. Finally, when you're sleep-deprived, your body produces more of the hormone cortisol, which can increase fat storage and lead to weight gain. All of these factors can contribute to obesity if you consistently get less than the recommended amount of sleep.

I can answer that for you 8 to 7 hours of sleep

umm:

Preferably, your body would need 7-9 hours of sleep. If you also oversleep, your body is most likely to feel feeling as though you haven’t slept. But it all also varies, specially with people who are diagnosed with insomnia.
