uh you can write a haiku. 3 sentences. 5, 7, 5 syllables. Also poems and haiku's don't have to rhyme either. For example, I wrote a winter haiku:
5) Flakes slow-ly fall-ing
7) Breath-ing un-der the si-lence
5) Cold sheets while I sleep
I hope this helped u :)

I'ma say, think of a topic then really focus on the topic you want to write about then start writing and organizing everything based on the sequence of what is first and so on. ALso it would help if you pick a persuasive topic because then it would be very interesting negl. (ionk if this makes sense but this is what I do when I'm writing a poem or such, I'm terrible at explaining stuff at the top of my head lmao, hope It makes sense!)

Okay! I’ll try that in a little bit, I’ll pm you when I’m finished if you’d like?

In my experience, I've arrived at poems just by letting myself feel or think about a certain emotion or experience, and letting it flow through the pen and onto the page. Different things can aid that process such as music, calm / quiet atmosphere, or even time of day, etc.
You definitely can do structured poems like haikus or certain rhyme schemes. That's never been my forte but if you like achieving that, you can probably research rhyme schemes or make up your own, like ABABCDCD, etc.
If you don't have a wide vocabulary, a thesaurus + rhyme website like https://www.rhymezone.com/ can be great for building up poems, especially if you're doing a rhyme scheme.
At it's core though, writing is a process of exploration. Let yourself fall into your writing and I'm sure you will find something that you want to delve into.

If you need prompt ideas, I'm sure there's lots of resources out there. One that I've done before (actually on QC) is an event called Inktober. Every day of October there's a new prompt with a word that you can use for your art.
https://inktober.com/rules
Usually the single word prompts can trigger some memory or idea that can get your creative juices flowing.
