How do antibiotics kill viruses?

AcornTheNut:

antibiotics have antigens that white blood cells disperse to latch on to invading bacteria, as a signal to know to kill that one, but white blood cells can only release so many at a time when the virus is multiplying every second, so an antibiotic helps release more antigens for white blood cells. I don't know how exactly the antibiotic goes through your body to do that, but that's just how it works.
