Anywaysss ur answer- Our subconscious mind controls many aspects of our lives. It does this while going unnoticed. But we can start to gain control by focusing on systematically improving the habits in our lives. Doing this we will develop the behaviors and actions that we hope will become automatic.

Your body has a brain that controls most of what you do, but you have a mind that can over ride what your brain calculates

Ray11:

and are minds always share are opinion and don't get scolded for bad thoughts

idontexistrn1:

we're just dumdums

Marvelsbookgirl:

The question of control over our bodies versus our minds is a profound one. Our minds are complex and capable of abstract thought, self-reflection, and decision-making, which gives us a sense of control. However, our bodies are governed by biological processes that are not always under conscious control. This distinction can lead to the perception that we have less control over our bodies. It's an interesting topic that touches on the intersection of biology, psychology, and philosophy. in simpler terms We often feel like we have more control over our minds because we can think and make decisions. Our bodies, on the other hand, have many automatic processes, like breathing and digestion, that happen without us thinking about them. This can make it seem like we have less control over our bodies compared to our minds.

dragonfruitlemonade3:

thats honestly a really good question

dragonfruitlemonade3:

i mean we can try to prevent things from happening to us like having diabetes but then again that runs in our blood but i mean even if you try your best to protect yourself and try methods its all up to our bodies its true our bodies are our worst enemies

GenesisGG:
