well you need antibiotics from a doctor to help it stop spreading and shorten how long your sick. like you need to rest and stay hydrated and then use like humidifier for relief. but like seriously if you think you have it go see the doctor asap.

Antibiotics will help treat whooping cough. Personally, I've found peppermint tea with a few drops of honey helps with the throat, also honey cough drops. I believe they also make honey tea, so that could help too. I hope this helps.
