Is there a way to fix bad quality watercolor paint mine are either chalky or the colors are too faint

Might just be because they're bad quality so they're not ideal, but I think what should matter is usually just how much color your brush picks up and how much water you use, you could probably just try using not as much and not too much water ykwim

Get more vivid colours and use only a dab of water in the paints. Dry your brush out after you rinse it before getting another colour. :}
Repeat this every time you use another colour. :3

use less water and make sure theres no chunks stuck onto your paintbrush
try using JUST enough water. if you use too much it can mess up the pods. if too little u won’t get as much as a vibrant color.
