Maybe you should try distracting yourself with something else. Lwk been thru this b4 for 3-4 months so I know the feeling of loving/hating smb, but I knew I had to get over it because I couldn't let myself stay down and just not me. To get myself out of that type of feeling, I just did things I knew wouldn't remind me of that person and just continued to do my daily activities without him on my mind. It is gonna b hard, trust I know it, but the feeling wit pass and everything will b like it never happened, but it did, or it will b in the back of your head. Hope everything gets better for you fr.
