An antiderivative for (1/(x²-2x+2)) is would really appreciate help with this I know it is rewritten (x²-2x+2)^-1 but where do I go from there?

Look up "Integration by Partial Fractions" - break 1/(x^2-2x+2) into two separate fractions added together, and evaluate those; usually with the natural logarithm. http://www.intmath.com/Methods-integration/11_Integration-partial-fractions.php

I'm taking Ap Calculus AB and our course doesn't cover this material. Is there any other way to do it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm pretty sure there's no other way to do it. :/ Seriously though, learning partial fractions helps MAJORLY.

...and I'm pretty sure that it's a topic on the AB exam, so you'll probably want to know it anyway..
