Can anything be said about the graph of a function that has a 2nd derivative that is always equal to zero. Please give reason(s) for your answer.

If the second derivative is always 0, then the first derivative must always be a constant. If the first derivative is a constant then the function must be a line (the slope of the line never changes).

y'' = 0, Therefore y' = C, therefore y = Cx
