What does e^-infinity equal? And what does e^infinity equal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

e^-infinity equals 1/e^infinity....plug in large numbers like 1/e^100 to find that it approaches 0....e^100 is a large number...from this we can say that e^infinity approaches infinity

OpenStudy (anonymous):

remember e=2.717 or something like that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So then \[e^{-\infty} \]approaches zero

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes
