This doesn't make sense - graph each line? To graph that line that you use the 2 as your y-intercept. Plot a point up at 2 on the y-axis. Then use the slope is -2/3 and that's rise/run so, starting at that first point you plotted (on the y-axis) run down 2 and run over to the right 3 and plop down another point. Then connect your dots and that's your line!
