HOW DID I GO WRONG?

T' seems way off. The derivative quotient rule would be (u'v-uv')/(v^2). (The denominator v^2 would simply remove the radical and leave 9 sin^2 (3t) etc. Seems mistake in numerator also.

Look for a way to simplify. More often than not the sin^2 + cos^2 can be manipulated and substitute value of 1.
