Explain the differences between a compound light microscope and an electron microscope.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

a compound microscope uses light from sun and mirror or an artificial light source for lightning the specimens and it has 3 to 4 objective lenses available while an electron microscope uses electron particle beams to view the specimen and this type of microscope is much expensive than the compound microscope but the electron microscope give a better and much clearer 3D effect of viewing your specimen.
