help me pls...

datz k.. :(

Use the definition of a gas. Gases are highly compressible and fill their container completely. What is the volume of the container?

5 L flask...can u pls help me??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Gases -->fill their container completely<--. Always. What is the volume of the container? What is the volume of the gas?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk...only this much is given.. :( i dint understand whether it is 90 % of 4 L or 5L..

The pressure is superfluous information. Removing 90% of the gas is superfluous information. All you need to know is the volume of the container. Shrink the container, and the pressure goes up (this is why balloons pop if you squeeze them). Increase the size of the container, and the pressure goes down. As long as you don't break the container, the volume of the gas is the same as the volume of the container.
