I keep messing this one up (attached), there is a lot of steps, thanks!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

??????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what does x signify????? what is x???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x is the space between r and the tangent.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry, this one is beyond me.....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its okay, thanks for trying. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I am looking for your other question (the S = 27 degrees one), it's very hard. I would like to see the answer, do you have it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, I believe it is still there, and I was given an answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is there any way to search for the questions asked by a particular user??????

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OK, I found it, I meant a worked answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes, click on them and you will see all the questions they asked...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks !!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya sorry, no one worked through that one :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can get close but not quite, I will keep looking at it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks :) I might try to drag someone like amisstre in here, maybe he can show us what we ought to be doing?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I like geometry questions.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't like .docx format though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

got a lot of those! they can be fun.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you like pdf better?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

pdf is great, I can draw on it then.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

this one?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes!

OpenStudy (amistre64):

Pentagon RSTUV is circumscribed about a circle. Solve for x: RS = 10, ST = 13, TU = 11, UV = 12, VR = 12. ok, now what does x represent, and angle, a side, or what?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hey estudier, after this set I go on to some more complicated (at least I think) circle and tangent problems. I will most likely need help :( but I can also upload a nice theorem page that might help us?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Power of a point is handy, I thought it would do me for the other... What theorems, there are a lot?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x i think is the line between r and the tangent.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

These are those I will be working on shortly.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Please, pdf or even just doc

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (amistre64):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks man! Very helpful jpg!

OpenStudy (amistre64):

yep; when an angle is tangent to a curve; the sides are equal; so just pick an x and work it around to see if it matches up in the end :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@amistre I am interested in the other one...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When you're done moderating, of course...

OpenStudy (amistre64):

the diluted one?
