Newton's first law (rough quote): A body will remain at rest on in a state of constant motion unless a resultant force acts upon it. Newton's second law: Basically \(F=ma\), the proper derivative form is: \[F=\frac{dp}{dt}=\frac{dmv}{dt}=m \frac{dv}{dt}=ma\]Another less used form is: \[F=m \frac{d^2s}{dt^2}\]Where s is displacement. Newton's third law: Can be stated in many ways. Often: every action has an equal and opposite reaction. More implicitly: if body A exerts a force on body B, body B will exert a force of the same type and magnitude as has been exerted on it by body A, but in the opposite direction. Mathematically: if two bodies are equilibrium: \[\sum F_{a,b}=-\sum F_{b,a}\]
