Find the measures of each angle using the theorems. m 1 = degrees. m 2 = degrees. m 3 = degrees. m 4 = degrees

What do you know about the properties of angles? That \[If: \alpha + \beta = 180 degrees\] then alpha and beta are supplementary angles. You have two angles that you know, and two that you don't. So subtract what you know from 180, and you should get the unknown.

I did a problem similar to this the other day...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[m ∠2=1/2(arc 1+arc 2)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

angle 2 = 1/2(46 + 42)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

angle 2 = 1/2(88)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

angle 2 = 44 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

angle 2 = angle 4 = 44 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

angle 3 = angle 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

angle 3 = 180 - angle 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

angle 3 = 180 -44 = 136

OpenStudy (anonymous):

angle 3 = angle 1 = 136 degrees
