Where can I find the pH of something? I need it for after shave, alka seltzer, vinegar, detergent solution, ammonia, and Lemon juice

Google is your friend (unless you need to use primary sources). For example, after shave: http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_pH_is_after_shave

You can also go and pick up some litmus paper. It's sold to test the pH of pools, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. Then you can test them yourself. Or just google them.

litmus paper, or pH paper should be sold at all chem stores, some grocery stores, and a few specialty stores. you can also make a somewhat good pH solution using red cabbage, though it is hard to get a precise reading. http://chemistry.about.com/od/chemistryhowtoguide/ht/makephpaper.htm how much precision do you need? is a range good, or to what decimal place do you need?
