sir what is difference between current and voltage
well current is the inheritance property of matter... it is defined as the amount of charge per unit time or how many coulumb per sec..... on the other hand voltage is amount of work done per unit test charge or how many joule per coulomb.... current is strongly related to the charge where as potential difference is strongly related to electric field
but there is relationship between current that is if there is a potential difference (voltage) only then current flows . but my question is sir please tell me that is a voltage source also provides current ?
voltage is work on the unit charge ... this work may b is in favour or negative... change is current provide potential difference... yes voltage source has the ability to provides current but not too much u want
simply put, current is the AMOUNT of electricity measured in amperes, which is coulombs per sec. or, 6.28x10 to the18th electrons per sec, if my memory serves me correctly. The math may be off but, the principle is correct. Voltage, or EMF electromotive force, is just as its name indicates. It is the FORCE at which the current is "pushed" (conventional flow), or "pulled" (electron flow), through a conductor. I hope this was helpful.
