its the line y = x, but with a vertical asymptote at x = 0, i drew a picture, unploading in a sec.

this can be simplified to just x which is a linear graph with slope of 1

Ok, does the equal sign with a slash through it mean not equal to? Because it says x and then that sign and then 0.

Ok, so the part we do not understand is the not equal to 0 part.

i have to say i do rather enjoy the drawling, the reason it cannot be equal to zero is for the domain you need to look at the original function and x^2/x is not in the domain at zero since you would be dividing by zero

if you are on a calculator it is probably because its just that one singular point and its so small that it looks continuous. its all points except for zero so even .000...01 is available, just not zero

correct picture. There is a black hole at x = 0. Stuff gets sucked in and never comes out o.O
