Can matter exists with out any mass..if not then essentially aren't mass and matter the same. I know this does not have any straight answer but i would like to discuses about this.

one is a measure of the other. mass is a measure of matter

it depends photons have no mass.... so they can travel at light speed.. while other particles such as quarks are heavy which makes them unable to move at light speed...

neutrinos are matter and they have no mass

many particles have no rest mass but they have inertial mass, ie photons

matter is not relativistic but mass is
