It should be Centripetal forces I think

More explicitly, the water not thrown outward, but continues along at a tangent to the rotating washer, but can escape from the clothes because there are holes in the washer. So instead of going outward, it travels like a rock thrown from a sling, while the clothes are confined by the walls of the washer.
