If u= 3+x^4 then, finding the derivative of u, yields du = 4*(x^3)dx therefore, du/4 = (x^3)dx. Now substitute (x^3)dx by du/4, we get, \[\int\limits_{?}^{?}\]u^5du/4 = u^6/(6*4) hope this helps!
