So, if () is exclusive and we eliminate A and D, then we need to look at B and C. (I remember the inclusive/exclusive of the brackets and parentheses because ][ makes an "I" and is "Inclusive".) Can the function be 0? No, since you can't divide by 0 and there is no variable in the numerator. I think C is a little misleading, because that would seem to include 0, but that seems like the best answer.
