OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

hi again and sorry for the wrong solution

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

I hope you will forgive me

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

well i don't know

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

ok

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

-6(3x-1)-2(3-7x)-3x => -18x + 6 -6 + 14x -3x => -7x Is this your answer ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

o you are fine. do you know this problem

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

well i never heard of this question

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

i just tried my work

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it says "solve" but there is no equal sign. does it mean combine like terms?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what about you radar do you know it???

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

no

OpenStudy (anonymous):

vishweshrimali has it at \[-7x\]

OpenStudy (radar):

Without an equal sign, I assume that it is a combine/simplify

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

Sorry i mean satellite is right and i have also just simplified it

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

and radar u are right too

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@sate and radar.. it just says solve

OpenStudy (radar):

Check the problem if it is in a group of problems, sometimes instructions are written for the group.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

because it was written by someone who does not know what "solve" means. they mean remove parentheses and combine like terms.

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

Yes that can work please check it out

OpenStudy (anonymous):

they are using the terms "solve" as in "solve this problem for me" but that is not what "solve" means. ignore the instructions and just write \[-7x\]

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

Well who is nick and where is his answer

OpenStudy (radar):

That is probably a "good" answer, so trust26 it is your call

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i wrote it how they wrote it out thats all i can tell ya

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i dont know but i do you know i need a good answer so i can understand it myself

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

Its okay that happens trust don't worry . In that case either don't choose a single best answer or choose all
