Unfortunately "aether flow" is not accepted by mainstream cosmology, relying upon a steady state version of the universe, which has been ruled out by astronomical observations. So when reading it, be advised that it is only one person or group of people's opinion upon it, and that observations do not support the idea. If I may express my own opinion, it is pseudo-science, but you are free to make up your own mind. General relativity does have terms in it that can be thought of as contracting terms, dependent upon the mass energy density of the universe. I havent studied the mathematics of it so would not be able to direct you to teh specific equation.
