OpenStudy (curry):

it is point slope form

OpenStudy (amistre64):

might be vertex form at that ....

OpenStudy (curry):

y-y(1)=m(x-x(1))

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah i think it might be either standard or quadratic

OpenStudy (amistre64):

when they start throwing in terminology; my eyes glaze over and I go into a stupor lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i feeeeeeeel you gr man im so lost

OpenStudy (curry):

its point slope for sure

OpenStudy (amistre64):

y = -(x+4)^2 -2 ; this would be vertex or standard form if i recall correctly

OpenStudy (curry):

check ygoogle for point slope form it shows the same form as the problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i feel you on it being point slope the only thing that confuses me is the ^2
