i need help simplifying this expression: 2 times the square root of 3 divided by the square root of 6 times -2. please explain :(

2sqrt(3) ---------- -2sqrt(6) ?

Same as above... the two's divide to get just -1... you get -sqrt(3)/sqrt(6)

also the sqrt(6) can be rewritten as sqrt(3)*sqrt(2) so the sqrt(3) cancels with the 1 on top leaving: -1/sqrt(2) now u just have to rationalize the denominator
