OpenStudy (anonymous):

i would begin by factoring each of those polynomials

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i did but when i click to get the answer on the mathway.com website i dont get the same answer i get so im doing something wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay can you post what each of these poylnomials factored to?? then i will see where you went wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ill scan the paper i did and post it on here

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its number two on the paper

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Try: (x+3)/(4x^2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you mean

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is the answer to thisn question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(x+3)/(4x^2) but i have no idea how to get that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh yea i got it right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol wow ok so i think i factored something wrong then

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah, your factoring is off, but also notice that in the end the fraction on the right is equal to one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

try to factor in such a way that you can get as many terms to cancel out
