What would be the risks of transgenic flowers? in specific black roses?

this is great......the most important reason which strikes my mind is that, they will need artificial pollination...the black roses, because flies and insects are attracted towards the bright colors. 
Genetic transformation of course adds to the gene pool but is always guided by the laws of nature....i.e, selection. We of course breed it under special conditions but it will take several hundred years, may be thousands or may not persist  at all if left on its own. Need more discussion...I will be happy to answer.

There are no specific risks of creating a black transgenic rose other than it is against the law in many countries to release transgenic organisms into the wild (this is usually to do with animals but it applies to plants aswell). The only risk is that if released it may cause a disturbance in the ecosystem (although I doubt a black rose would have many concequences).

Another reason could be that the insects that pollinate the flowers are attracted to the bright colors. having a dark flower can make it less likely to get pollinated, and thus will not proliferate.
