To do partial fractions, you first need to factor the denominator.
Fortunately this one isn't terribly difficult to factor.
Are you sure you typed the denominator in correctly? Hoping not for ease sake
yeah thats what it says on the worksheet
lol. I take it back. It isn't nice to factor, but oh well. Sometimes we can't always have nice things.

Is this your first intro to partial fractions? If so the worksheet may contain a typo. For example if it was (x^2+2x+1) that can easily be factored to ((x+1)(x+1)). Thus, making the partial fraction easier to do
