How do you graph: f(x)=[[x]] f(x)=ln x f(x)=e^x

OpenStudy (mathteacher1729):

Are you asking how to make your calculator graph them?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, please! (:

OpenStudy (mathteacher1729):

What kind of calculator are you using?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

T-83 Plus

OpenStudy (mathteacher1729):

Do you know how to get to the y= screen?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, i do.

OpenStudy (mathteacher1729):

y = e^x is graphed by pressing "2nd" ln (which is directly to the LEFT of the number 4 key). y = ln(x) is graphed the same way, but don't press "second". :) y = [[ x ]] is the "floor" or "rounding down" function, and it is graphed by pressing "2nd" and then "math" (or the 5 button) and selecting "int(" So you'll end up typing 2nd > math > int(x) Hope that helps! :D

Thank-you oh so very very much! (:
