Hi, how do you draw two opposite rays and name them? Is it two of these "<--->" that intersect? Or two separate rays?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

A ray is a line segment starting somewhere and going on and on.. I would take opposite to mean in opposite directions so parallel.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it can be like this <---- ----> this is because we have to show the end point or the starting point the rays right? if u draw like that you have shown it would become a line which should have no starting or end point/....hope u understood

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For: sriramkur So.... it is like "<--- ---->" because there are points inside of it? Or are they two separate rays? For: both persons/ people (If they come back) So if I had to draw opposite rays and name them...they (the points) would all be on one line..... Am I getting this right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it will be named like this <----A B-----> A and B are the ends

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And so whatever you name the ray(s) depending on what letter the ends are "A" or "B" will be in the name?
