Some DiffEQ to give people a flash of light out of HS math? (For fun, I don't need help on it haha) Find Y t*y' + 2y = t^2 - t - 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is that y to the 1?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y prime

myininaya (myininaya):

this one is too fun its a linear differentiation equation y'+py=q i would divide both sides by t then multiply by a v such that v'=vp then use separation of variables to find what v is then write left hand side as (yv)' then integrate both sides

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[y=\frac{c_1}{t^2}+\frac{1}{12} \left(3 t^2-4 t-6\right) \]
