While some may say your conclusions are opinions, you must remember that what you conclude is based on empirical data, not speculation or conjecture.
the answer was meant to be A. although Thomas Kuhn, in "the structure of scientific revolutions" , arguably the most influential 20th century work in philosophy of science would argue otherwise. it is worth a few minutes to read about it - really. i am not talking about the whole assay (it will take more than a few minutes)
