Does anyone SCIENTIFIC difference between boiling and evaporating

OpenStudy (trancenova):

Yes! O' slacker. Boiling is merely a liquid that has reached is boiling point (the temp where the liquid will turn to a gas). Evaporation is the vaporization only occurs at the surface. While boiling is a type of evaporation, boiling includes all of the liquid. (See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evaporation)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Evaporation = Surface as Trance said. Boiling however is through the entire mass of the liquid
