woman is given; so how many woman total? how many are in business? from that grouping?
if that 148 is a total; then id say 23/148
hard to parse the data from the post tho
(number of business women) / (total women)
it is P ( business | woman ) and we know that P ( A | B ) = P ( A AND B ) / P ( B ) So it is P ( Woman + Business ) / P ( Business)
