You should have been given an absorption constant for that wavelength I think? or like a graph with linear equation? Use beer lambert law, Abs = E*L*C where C is the concentration, L the path length (diameter of cuvette), and E the absorbtion constant. so C = Abs/(E*L), where L is in cm, E in Mol/L
