Can I use prime factorisation to find the LCM of two numbers?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

LCM(a,b) = (a*b)/GCD(a,b) if I'm not mistaken. GCD can be derived from the prime factorization.
