It smultiplying no dividing

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no..its dividing cuz its raised to a -1

OpenStudy (asnaseer):

\[(g^{2}+8g+15)/(g+3)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(g+5) is the amswer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay...wood u mind explaining tat?

OpenStudy (asnaseer):

\[(g^{2}+8g+15)=(g+5)(g+3)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can factor the numerator to: (g+5)(g+3)/(g+3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i suck at factoring..so can u find me an easier method?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That is the only way to do it

OpenStudy (anonymous):
