How do you find the answer to this slope intercept form? 2x-y+4=0 And also explain how to graph the answer.

hi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What that is not a clear question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

y=2x+4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This is the entire question: Using the slope and the y-intercept, graph the line represented by the following equation. Then select the correct graph. 2x - y + 4 = 0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The y intercept is (0,4) and the slope is 2 meaning up up 2 cubits and then one to the right

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well I don't see how the equations look but another way is to plug in x values and see what you get for y value and that will be your coordinates

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Whoops I meant I don't see how the graph looks but first thing u wld check that the y intercept is (0,4 and another thing to check is that as the x values increase so does the y values. So it a positive graph

I hope that was helpful
