***Please help!!!*** Seth used a coordinate grid to plot the positions of two stars. Points S and E on the grid represent the positions of the two stars. What is the shortest distance between the two stars? (I'll post image) ***PLEASE HELP!!!***

coordinates of S = (1,2) and E = (-5,-6) distance between these = sqrt((6^2 +8^2) = sqrt 100 = 10

Stars are in space, and since we don't know the true nature of space and believe in the postulates of theoretical physics, the closest distance between the two stars is 0. See the attached drawing.
